1. No Return Policy (Food Products)

We deal in fresh food items such as roasted peanuts, snacks, and grocery products.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Damaged or spoiled product

If the product is damaged, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

Missing items

If you have paid for something but did not receive it.

You must provide:

  • Clear product photos

  • Parcel/unboxing video

  • Order details & phone number


3. Refund Timeframe

After approval, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the same payment method used during checkout.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
Once the product is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
